Job summary

The BoTree, a luxury hotel within the Curio Collection by Hilton, seeks a Night Guest Experience Host to join the Front Office Team. You will welcome guests, deliver personalised service and ensure a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

Reporting to Front Office leadership, you will handle check-ins/check-outs, respond to guest needs, promote hotel facilities, and work closely with housekeeping and other departments to maintain high standards of safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of luxury service standards.
• Ability to deliver personalised guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Support day-to-day Front Office operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and provide solutions.
• Build relationships with guests and anticipate needs.
• Promote hotel facilities and local recommendations.
• Maintain accurate guest information in Front Office systems.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Concierge for seamless service.
• Support sustainability initiatives aligned with hotel values.
• Foster a culture of guest excellence and teamwork.
