Job summary

Anglian Water is recruiting an LGV Night Driver to join Operational Logistics in Tilbury. You will transport sewage-related by-products between sites on a rotating night shift, typically a 10-hour shift starting at 17:30, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV driver's license with endorsements and Class 1 (C+E).
• Fully completed CPC.
• Flexible to meet essential industry needs.
• Proven LGV driving experience in a similar setting.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites while following Health & Safety procedures.
• Collaborate with central Operational Logistics office teams and site managers.
• Deliver sewage-related by-products to destinations such as treatment works and farms.
• Maintain three points of contact when on a ladder and complete required checks.
• Undergo routine driver assessments and alcohol/drug screening.
• Perform manual handling tasks and promote environmentally responsible practices.
• Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude when interacting with customers.
