Job summary

Anglian Water Group is hiring an LGV Driver to join our Operational Logistics team. You will transport sewage-related by-products between our water recycling sites and treatment facilities, adhering to safety and operational standards.

The role requires a Class 1 (C+E) LGV licence, a completed CPC, proven LGV experience, and the ability to pass health checks and drug/alcohol testing. Expect an average 9-hour shift with standby rota and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 LGV Licence (C+E)
• Fully completed CPC
• Proven LGV driving experience
• Pass occupational health checks
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing before employment and possibly random testing
• Ability to work at height and maintain three points of contact

Responsibilities

• Safely transport waste products between operational sites
• Work closely with central logistics teams and site managers
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Carry out role with standby rota and on-call expectations
• Transport sewage-related by-products to various destinations (treatment works, energy centres, agricultural land)
