Job summary

Mitie is hiring a Night Hygiene Operative to deliver high service standards while meeting SLA targets and adhering to cleaning schedules at a Redditch location in Worcestershire. The role is permanent and full-time, with a 36-hour week and night hours from Tuesday to Friday.

The successful candidate will prioritise safety, operate cleaning equipment, and work to ensure a clean, compliant environment alongside a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and read basic English.
• Cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
