Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Night Hygiene Operative in Redditch, Worcestershire. The role is permanent, full-time, 45 hours per week, on a night shift from 19:30 to 05:00. Pay is £14.16 per hour with benefits and company-wide training opportunities.

Responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining equipment, meeting SLAs, and adhering to health and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service within a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
