Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Redditch is seeking a Night Cleaner for a permanent, full-time role at Blue Earth Foods. You'll work 36 hours per week (Sun-Wed nights) and help keep facilities clean, safe, and compliant with SLAs.

This position offers a market-rate hourly pay of £14.16, plus access to Mitie's flexible benefits, including a virtual GP, Salary Finance, and the MiDeals shopping platform. Candidates with basic English and a proactive attitude are welcome.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
