Pilgrim's Europe in Bodmin is seeking a Hygiene Operative (Nights) to keep the factory clean and compliant with hygiene standards. The role runs 22:00–06:00, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to contribute to smooth production by cleaning machines, equipment and PPE.

You will follow safety procedures, minimise chemical waste, and support the presentation team to complete tasks on time. We offer weekly pay, free on-site parking, and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Clean machines, equipment and PPE to required standards.
• Ensure hygiene standards are matched or exceeded.
• Follow health and safety procedures when using chemicals.
• Support site presentation team to complete tasks on time.
• Minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure PPE and consumables are available for staff.
