Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Bodmin is seeking a Hygiene Operative (Nights) to keep the factory clean and compliant with hygiene standards. The role runs 22:00–06:00, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to contribute to smooth production by cleaning machines, equipment and PPE.

You will follow safety procedures, minimise chemical waste, and support the presentation team to complete tasks on time. We offer weekly pay, free on-site parking, and staff benefits.

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to £540 per week!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 22.00pm – 06.00am Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

Job Role

To support the efficient and effective running of the factory by cleaning machines, equipment and PPE, etc. to the required standards and timeframes.

• Undertake all aspects of factory cleaning and disinfectant as requested by the Senior Supervisor
• Ensure required hygiene standards are matched or exceeded
• Operate and follow health and safety procedures, both in the use of chemicals and when dismantling / reassembling equipment
• Work with site presentation team members to complete assigned tasks in the required timeframes, supporting others to complete their work when you have completed your tasks
• Always seek to minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment
• Ensure PPE and consumables are always available and ready for use by staff entering production areas

All tasks can be issued either by the Senior Supervisor or the shift Supervisor.
