Job summary

People Solutions are recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative in Chippenham to join a well-established food production client. Four on, four off nights (20:30-06:00) with a rate of £15.11/hour. Offers weekly pay, free eggs weekly, cycle to work, on-site parking and a temporary-to-permanent opportunity after qualifying period.

The role suits candidates with cleaning/hygiene experience and a proactive, team-oriented attitude, with full induction and ongoing support provided.

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to join a well-established food production client based in Chippenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering immediate starts and genuine opportunities for career progression.

This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as an Industrial Cleaner, Sanitation Operative, Cleaning Operative or Factory Cleaner.

Shifts:

• Four on, four off rotation
• Nights: 20:30 - 06:00

Rates of Pay:

• £15.11 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Cleaning machinery and factory areas on a daily basis
• Maintaining high GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Following COSHH regulations and safe chemical handling procedures
• Adhering to company hygiene and food safety standards
• Operating machinery when trained
• Using PPE correctly and ensuring it is well maintained
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Applying correct manual handling techniques
• Promoting a safe and respectful working environment
