Job summary

Burgess Farms in Isleham, Cambridgeshire, seeks a Night Hygiene Coordinator on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract to cover sickness. You will lead a small night team, ensure COSHH compliance, and maintain cleaning schedules while supporting the Night Hygiene Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hygiene or similar team.
• 2 years in a similar environment preferred.
• COSHH trained and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night hygiene team to meet hygiene and leadership standards.
• Ensure COSHH, safety policies and procedures are followed by the team.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and records; train staff and manage stock usage.
• Monitor and control cleaning chemicals within budget; ensure safe working practices.
• Complete attendance records and arrange cover; deputise for the Night Hygiene Manager as needed.
