The Headland Cornwall is seeking a Night Housekeeping Assistant to maintain luxury standards overnight in Newquay. You will clean and service spa, leisure and front-of-house areas, ensuring spaces look immaculate and inviting for guests.

Role includes night porter holiday cover as needed, with a 40-hour contract based on 4 days over 7. A friendly, detail‑oriented and independent worker will thrive here.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our luxury standards through the night, ensuring our spa & leisure areas, and beautiful front-of-house areas are looking immaculate and inviting.

As part of your duties, you will also provide essential night porter holiday cover as required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Elevating the Space: Cleaning and servicing public areas including the spa & AquaClub overnight to maintain our exceptionally high standards of presentation.
• Night Porter Cover: Providing reliable holiday cover for night porter duties, ensuring the safety, security, and smooth running of the hotel through the night hours.

• A friendly, professional attitude with the ability to work efficiently, both independently during night shifts and as part of a close-knit team.
