Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Severn Beach, Bristol for multiple HGV Class 2 Night Drivers. Ongoing work with the potential to become permanent; New Pass Welcome. Night shifts with weekend availability and £17.59 per hour PAYE.

Role involves safely transporting palletised parcels, approx. 45 stops, loading/unloading with tail lift, and maintaining paperwork while delivering a professional service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement.
• New Pass Welcome.
• Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Knowledge of WTD legislation.
• Willingness to complete a short driving assessment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A safety-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting palletised parcels to couriers and delivery units.
• Completing runs with approximately 45 stops.
• Loading and unloading using a tail lift and pump truck.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and following safe working practices.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
