Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting an HGV Class 2 Night Driver for ongoing work in Basingstoke. This role is temporary to permanent with Sunday to Thursday night shifts, start times 10:00pm to midnight, and approximately 10-hour shifts.

You will handle palletised deliveries on regular routes, with up to 20 stops per shift. Some routes may go into London, excluding Central London. Immediate start and weekly pay apply, with a potential weekly bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous HGV Class 2 experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Sunday to Thursday night shifts.
• Start times between 10:00pm and midnight.
• Approximately 10-hour shifts.
• Average 50 hours per week.
• Palletised deliveries.
• Regular, set routes with minimal changes.
• Some routes may include deliveries into London, excluding Central London.
• Up to approximately 20 deliveries per shift.
• Immediate starts available.
• 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity.
