Job summary

TRCGroup is recruiting for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers in Leeds (LS10 1RT) on a temp-to-perm basis. You will trunk between client hubs, complete up to 2 runs per night, and ensure on-time deliveries and collections with safe driving practices.

Shifts start around 20:00, with 8-10 hour nights, Monday to Friday. You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E), CPC and Digi Card, have 6 months experience and up to 6 points, and a professional flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• 6 months experience required.
• Maximum 6 points for minor offences only.
• Valid CPC and Digi Card.
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Completing trunking work between the client's hubs.
• Completing up to 2 runs per night.
• Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.
• Carrying out all required vehicle checks before and after each shift.
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Ensuring compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
