Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is currently looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team in Leeds. The role offers temporary positions with shifts running from Monday to Sunday, allowing for both part-time and full-time work. Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement, along with a valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. A safety-first mindset and excellent communication skills are essential. Pay rates vary, with potential earnings up to £17.00 per hour for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• 6 months minimum experience required.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.

Responsibilities

• Perform trunk runs to the hub.
• Average of 15-20 drops/collections, unload and load roll cages using tail lift and pump truck.
