Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a Belper/Ambergate area operation in the UK. This role focuses on trunking between depots with no handballing, offering regular Monday-to-Friday night shifts and guaranteed ongoing work. Applicants must hold a UK HGV Class 1 licence, CPC, and a valid tachograph card.

The position is temporary with pay at £17.00 per hour, paid through PAYE, and includes pro rata holiday entitlement. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Complete pallet network trunking runs between depots.
• Focus on depot-to-depot trunking with no multi-drop loads.
• Concentrate on night driving with a consistent weekly schedule.
• Adhere to safe vehicles operation and route plans.
