Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home in Swinton is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to provide high-quality home-based care for a 4-year-old client with complex needs. The role includes personal care, medications administration, and clinically focused support during night shifts (9pm–7am).

You will work in a family setting, delivering compassionate, person-centered care, and you will receive training for complex care tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centered care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with moving and handling.
• Support with clinical interventions and medications (training provided).
• Enrich clients' quality of life through community engagement and achieving goals.
