Bromley Park Care Home, part of Nellsar, is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts (44 hours/week). The role involves caring for residents, supporting families, and ensuring compassionate, person-centred care in a 7-day rota. Hourly rate is £13.00.

The team offers extensive induction, paid training, DBS support, and opportunities for professional development within a family-owned care group operating across Kent, Essex and Surrey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social activities and group/one-to-one interactions.
• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtimes while maintaining residents' independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in training and development.
