Job summary

Toby Carvery - Willerby Village in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Night Porter to welcome guests and support safe operations during overnight hours. You’ll be the first point of contact for late arrivals and walk-ins, with a strong focus on guest care and security.

Typical shifts are overnight, with hours around 11pm to 7am, and you may perform front-of-house cleaning, breakfast setup and occasional meeting room prep. DBS check is part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• DBS check required as part of the recruitment process.
• Experience in guest-facing roles a plus.
• Ability to work overnight and lone shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Ensure a warm, friendly and genuine welcome to all guests.
• Carry out front-of-house cleaning tasks and breakfast setup as needed.
• Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority.
• Evacuate guests and team safely in the event of a fire.
• Answer telephone enquiries and handle guest complaints to ensure a positive stay.
