Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for Night General Operators to join a newly established team in Swindon for a scientific company. The contract runs for 6 months with a salary of £25,896 per year and a shift allowance. A training period is included, with potential for permanent placement.

Responsibilities include operating machinery per SOPs, monitoring production, and performing quality checks. Applicants should have pharma experience, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical role.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Monitoring the production process to ensure smooth operation.
• Conducting quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
• Reporting equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space.
