Job summary

Natoora in London is seeking a Night Fulfillment Manager to lead our Night Warehouse Team during the 7pm–5am shift, owning the shift's operations and ensuring efficient performance. Based in our London warehouse, you will coach and develop operatives and team leaders, drive continuous improvement, and align production with customer deadlines.

The role demands a hands-on, strategic leader with strong communication, empathy, and a proven track record in fast-paced warehouses, ideally in the food

Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading a fast-paced warehouse operation, preferably in the food business.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Hands-on leader on the operations floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all aspects of night operations and production (order preparation).
• Management of all functions of the shift -- from Goods-In to Pick/Pack to Loading.
• Ensuring orders are prepared on time and with quality and that our general warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Establishing, developing, and managing a talented and solid team.
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
