Travelodge Ashford Town Centre is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. No experience is required, as we can coach you on everything you need to know.

You’ll be welcomed into a fun, supportive, family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. Your role includes greeting guests, checking them in, patrolling the corridors, and addressing issues like noise complaints or evictions.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel
• Walking the corridors at regular intervals and handling noise complaints and evictions
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys
• Prepping for breakfast service and serving behind the bar when needed
