The Best Connection is recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a leading client in Oldham. This temp-to-perm role offers stability, with permanent night shifts 10pm-6am and an hourly rate of £16.36.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift and perform general warehouse tasks, including loading/unloading, moving stock, and manual handling. A valid FLT Counterbalance license and a recent work reference are required; rotating shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance License.
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
• Able to provide a recent work reference.
• Comfortable with rotating shift patterns.

Responsabilités

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (approx. 30% of the role).
• Performing general warehouse duties (approx. 70%).
• Loading/unloading and moving stock.
• Manual handling and reallocation of goods.
