Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is seeking an experienced FLT Operator to convert to a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Operator at a busy warehouse in Runcorn. The role runs Monday to Friday with night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00 and a pay rate of £14.00 per hour.

A successful candidate will convert after assessment and join a team offering long-term work with potential permanent positions. Responsibilities include operating a VNA safely, stocking at height, loading/unloading goods, daily safety checks and ongoing

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Experience operating FLT Counterbalance or VNA in a warehouse setting.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Convert to operating a VNA truck safely within warehouse aisles.
• Pick, move and store stock at height.
• Load and unload goods as required.
• Replenish stock locations and support warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory is stored accurately and safely.
• Carry out daily equipment safety checks.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Operative, to convert to a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Runcorn. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience operating an FLT Counterbalance or VNA truck in a warehouse environment
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to support general warehouse tasks when needed
