CDI - Russell Taylor in Runcorn is recruiting an experienced FLT Operative who can convert to a VNA Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation. This long-term role offers the potential of permanent placement for a reliable team player.

You will work nights, 19:00–07:00, on a 4-on/4-off pattern, with on-site parking and weekly pay. A valid RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent FLT Counterbalance licence and prior VNA/counterbalance experience are essential for safe, accurate stock handling

Competenze

• Valid RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Experience operating an FLT Counterbalance or VNA truck in a warehouse environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to support general warehouse tasks when needed.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Operative, to convert to a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conversion to operating a VNA truck safely and efficiently within warehouse aisles
• Picking, moving and storing stock at height
