Shaftesbury Northfields is recruiting for a Part Time Night Enabling Support Worker to join our Complex Care service in Somerset. You will provide night-time support and encouragement, following the person-centred support plan to help individuals thrive in their communities.

You will maintain accurate records, and may administer personal care and medication as required. We offer a supportive, values-driven environment with training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles desirable.
• Ability to follow care plans and keep records.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be responsive in complex care settings.
