Shaftesbury Northfields is recruiting for a Part Time Night Enabling Support Worker to join our Complex Care service in Somerset. You will provide night-time support and encouragement, following the person-centred support plan to help individuals thrive in their communities.

You will maintain accurate records, and may administer personal care and medication as required. We offer a supportive, values-driven environment with training and progression opportunities.

Part Time Complex Night Enabling Support Worker

Location: Somerset

Salary: £13.65 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week

About the role

As a Night Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

Somerset is an Independent Living service. Independent Living specialises in providing flexible, client-driven approach to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.

Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people to get the most out of life and their local community. This service, which embraces homecare, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supports all ages from late teens to elderly people.
