Job summary
Pioneer Selection Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain a highly automated distribution facility. The role focuses on planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repairs on a range of automated equipment, with opportunities to develop technical skills and progress into senior roles.
You will work within a small engineering team, taking ownership of planned maintenance activities, improving equipment reliability and uptime while supporting
Qualifications
- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial environment.
- Evidence of planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Strong fault-finding and understanding of three-phase systems and control circuits.
- Ability to work on automated equipment and support junior engineers when required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance on automated equipment to maximise uptime.
- Perform fault finding and breakdown repairs on a range of automated systems.
- Take ownership of planned maintenance activities and drive reliability improvements.
- Support junior engineers and collaborate with the engineering team across shifts.
