Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group Limited is hiring a Despatch Operative for our PM team at the Flixton site near Bungay. The role involves ensuring finished products are checked, recorded, and prepared for dispatch while coordinating with warehouse, production and transport teams.

You will work evening and night shifts. Training is provided, and we offer immediate-start opportunities within one of the UK’s leading food-manufacturing businesses.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a practical, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the despatch process.
• Carry out and record temperature checks accurately.
• Complete despatch paperwork and record information clearly.
• Ensure products are prepared and despatched to customer specifications.
• Check orders for accuracy before they leave the site.
• Support compliance with transport, food-safety and safety requirements.
• Communicate with warehouse, production and transport teams to resolve discrepancies or delays.
• Follow health and safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Maintain and help improve systems and processes.
• Report any product, documentation, temperature or quality concerns promptly.
