Job summary

Phoenix Talent Network is supporting a successful logistics business in its search for a Night Transport Operations Manager based in the West Midlands. This senior role is to lead the night operation, ensuring safe and efficient movement of vehicles, freight and people.

You will manage HGV movements, yard activity and vehicle flow; oversee inbound/outbound loading and cross-dock operations; allocate labour and resources, uphold H&S and compliance, and monitor KPIs to drive performance overnight.

Phoenix Talent Network is supporting a successful and growing logistics business with the appointment of a Night Transport Operations Manager.

This is a senior operational role within a high-volume, multi-shed logistics operation, with responsibility for leading the night operation and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, freight and people.

The Role
