Job summary

South Place Hotel in London is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at Moorgate. You will lead nightly operations, review daily tasks and ensure seamless check-ins/check-outs for our guests in a 5-star luxury setting.

This role covers 20:00–08:00 or 22:30–07:00, totals 40 hours weekly, with industry-leading benefits and great employee perks. Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant London hotel.

A bit about what you will be doing:

Our Night Auditor will support our teams through the service they deliver to our internal and external guests by leading the nightly business and maintaining, reviewing and preparing the coordination of daily tasks.

• Display a working knowledge of the Hotel in order to assist, promote all areas of the business to our gues
• Ensure all night audit procedures are adhered
• Ensure our guests receive the same great service we are known for throughout the night
• Achieves departmental targets for guest satisfaction, room revenue and company initiatives and promotions by supervising the Front Office operation
• Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
• Motivates the Front Office team and focuses on improving and increasing service delivery efficiency
• Performs night audit duties as required
• Exceptional service standards – only 5 star luxury will do
• Provide amazing hospitality and be a part of the guest experience.
• Greet and welcome the guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner, check in and check outs
• Extensive knowledge of all things London.
• To be familiar with all hotel services, hours of operation, key people & daily events.
• The ability to handle internal & external calls with a smile.
• A point of contact for our guests.
• Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
