CCH's Independent Community Care Management (ICCM) is seeking a compassionate Complex Care night support worker to provide care in the family home of a young adult in Northampton. The client is wheelchair‑dependent with spinal muscular atrophy and uses a ventilator at night, enjoys gaming, cinema, and bowling.

The role focuses on personal care, airway support through the night, ventilator management and repositioning the wheelchair.

• The successful candidate will ideally have some care experience.
• We provide nurse-led training to grow your skills in complex care.
