Job summary

Village Hotels - Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Night Food & Beverage Cleaner to join our late night crew. You will take ownership of cleaning the Pub & Grill, main kitchens, Bar, and Event spaces from 11pm to 7am, working with two team members to keep standards high for breakfast.

You’ll perform deep cleans, restock, and ensure safety, COSHH compliance, and hygiene throughout the shift. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong eye for detail, with a focus on getting the hotel

Qualifications

• Excellent eye for detail and positive attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning the Pub & Grill, Bar, and Meeting spaces to gleaming standards.
• Sanitising the main kitchen areas safely to support morning kitchen operations.
• Check washrooms, respond to ad hoc cleaning needs, restock supplies, manage equipment.
