JOB TITLE: Night Cleaning Operative

LOCATION: 1 Chaseside, Bournemouth

WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK

SHIFT PATTERN: 21:00pm - 06:00AM Monday to Friday

PAY RATE: £12.88 PER HOUR

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to details preferred. ABM uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times. To carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties as directed by the manager or supervisor.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Washrooms / Toilet / Showers / maintaining standards topping up consumables
2. Hard floor Cleaning / Spot cleaning / cleaning spillages
3. Carpet spot cleaning/ vacuuming
4. Cleaning Kitchenettes / Seating areas / Restaurant tables and floors / Waste removal maintaining standards
5. Reception / lifts / entrance doors / general maintaining standards
6. Dusting, maintaining the standards in all common areas ie; corridors / stairs / meeting rooms / offices
7. Touch Point Cleaning
8. Laundry duties as required
9. Carpet cleaning using carpet machine
10. Scrubbing hard floors using a rotary machine or scrubber dryer

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

1. Previous cleaning experience preferred
2. Good communication skills both verbal and written
3. Smart Clean Appearance
4. Can work as part of a team as well as working alone
5. A proactive/can do attitude to work.
6. Experience in using a rotary machine or scrubber dryer an advantage

ESSENTIAL:

1. Candidates must be punctual, trustworthy and have a good eye for detail.
2. Good communication skills both verbal and written
