Job Introduction

Join our team at Sodexo and play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service at Aliwal Barracks, Tidworth, SP9 7BB.

What You'll Do

• Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to a high standard, both indoors and outdoors.
• Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas in line with client needs.
• Provide friendly, helpful porter services and act as a first point of contact for visitors.
• Ensure all reactive tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Maintain tidy and well-organized stores and equipment areas.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc duties, post handling, and furniture movement.
• Actively participate in training, meetings, and team activities.
• Uphold health and safety practices and company procedures at all times.
