Job summary

Vanta Staffing Limited is recruiting an experienced Class 2 Night Driver to work for our client in the Slough and Reading areas on a temporary night shift, Monday to Friday.

Role tasks include completing delivery and collection routes, carrying out vehicle checks, ensuring safe transport of goods, completing paperwork and adhering to driving time and health & safety rules while representing the client professionally on the road.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months' recent Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid Category C driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No DR or IN convictions.
• Reliable, flexible and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Complete allocated delivery and collection routes.
• Carry out vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure goods are transported safely and securely.
• Complete all relevant paperwork.
• Follow all driving, working time and health & safety regulations.
• Represent our client professionally while on the road.
