Job summary

Route Delivery Solutions (RDS) Ltd is seeking Class 1 HGV drivers for night tramper shifts in Leigh. You will be home the same day with no loading duties, using the latest navigation tech and a supportive team. Flex hours, weekly bonus, and pension available after probation.

Applicants must hold a Class 1 (C+E) licence, a Digital Tachograph, and be able to work weekends and evening shifts. Licence points must be 3 or fewer with no recent disqualifications.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
Must have a Digital Tachograph.
Ability to work weekends.
Ability to work evening shifts.
Licence points ≤3 with no disqualifying codes (CD, IN, DD, TT, MS, DR) in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles safely and legally.
Perform daily vehicle checks and report issues.
Maintain daily electronic logs of routes and deliveries.
On average 3 swaps per shift, with boxed trailers only.
No loading/unloading responsibility for the driver.
