Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Night Chef for a Witney, Oxfordshire kitchen. The role runs Monday to Friday, 18:00-02:00, with occasional weekend cover during holidays. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

You will prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen standards, and support stock control and organisation. The role offers consistent evening/night hours and a welcoming kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy kitchen.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• Flexibility to provide occasional weekend cover during holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals.
• Support the smooth running of the kitchen.

• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation.
