Job summary

OSJCT Group in Devizes is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide wakeful nightly care and companionship for our residents. You’ll support personal care, assist with light household tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean home environment while building trusting relationships with residents.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/NVQ Level2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, good communication, compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in elderly care required.
• Commitment to high-quality care standards.

Responsibilities
