Max Emerald Ltd in Colchester is seeking a Residential Worker for waking night shifts in a children's residential home offering short stay placements. You will work with children and young people up to 18 with complex needs, providing care, completing records and using de‑escalation techniques.

DBS checks will be completed; safeguarding awareness is essential. Role may include weekends/bank holidays and requires empathy, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding.

• Experience in paid or voluntary care with children/young people.

• Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
