Job summary

Home Group Limited in Whitley Bay is seeking a dedicated night worker to support customers living independently. You’ll work on a rolling 4 on/4 off night rota, starting at 8pm, with training and team meetings during daytime hours.

The role includes personal care, budgeting support and risk assessment to help customers achieve their goals. We offer a Health Cash Plan, enhanced DBS paid by us, and a strong package including 34–39 days of leave.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards.
• Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail.
• Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
• Confident using initiative, calm under pressure and resilient

Responsibilities

• Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, shopping, budgeting and keeping their home.
• Support personal goals and independence as set out in customer support plans.
• Provide personal care and medication support where needed.
• Complete risk assessments, set goals and review progress
