Responsibilities

• Support with household and domestic tasks (laundry, shopping, cleaning, paying bills).
• Make meals, drinks and snacks as needed.
• Encourage and enable residents to follow care plans.
• Assist with getting up, personal care (washing/bathing, dressing), and evening routines.
• Keep residents’ wellbeing at the heart of the service and inform managers of progress.
