Abbeyfield is seeking a Care Team Leader for nights at Downing House, Withington, Manchester. You will act as the senior carer on shift, monitor residents' wellbeing, lead the team and ensure care plans and medications are delivered safely.

You should have Level 3 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it, with strong organisational and leadership skills. The role includes evenings and weekend rotation with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experienced Carer, ideally with Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent or working towards this.
• Good organisation and staff management skills; able to write and update care plans.
• Competent in administration of Medication.
• Passionate and committed to providing exceptional care to residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Monitor residents' health, care and social needs during shifts.
• Prepare, implement and review personal care plans, including medication administration.
• Supervise, support and develop other team members; liaise with residents, families and care teams.
• Lead on shift as Senior Carer, coordinating responses during emergencies.
