Abbeyfield Living Society in Manchester is seeking a Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant) to oversee night shifts at Downing House. You’ll monitor residents’ health and care needs, implement and review care plans, and administer medications alongside a supportive team.

The role requires Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards it), strong organisational and staff-management skills, and a compassionate, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experienced carer with Level 3 or working towards this qualification.
• Knowledge of care plans and medication administration.
• Strong organisational and staff management skills; capable of updating care plans.

Responsabilités

• Monitor residents' health, care and social needs on shift.
• Prepare, implement and review personal care plans, including medication administration.
• Supervise, coach and develop other team members; liaise with residents and care partners.
