Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Team Leader to lead and supervise shifts, ensuring high-quality care for residents. You will case manage, liaise with families and professionals, administer medications, and carry out risk assessments to maintain safe, person-centred plans.

You will work with care assistants to promote independence, collaborate with leadership to develop services, and contribute to a warm, professional care environment for residents daily.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
• Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience or willingness to train in administering medication.
• Passionate about making residents’ lives more fulfilling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise your shift.
• Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals and stakeholders to create and deliver care plans.
• Administer and record medication.
