Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Night Care Team Leader / Night Deputy Manager to supervise the night care team and ensure residents receive compassionate, safe, and dignified care through night shifts. You will lead by example, coach staff, and coordinate with management to maintain regulatory standards and outstanding wellbeing for residents.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and previous leadership experience in a residential or nursing setting, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience in a senior care/leadership role in residential or nursing settings.
• Experience administering medication and maintaining care documentation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night care team to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation of the home overnight.
• Oversee medication administration and recording per policy.
• Mentor and supervise Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
• Support induction and development of new colleagues.
