Leonard Cheshire is hiring a Support Worker at Seven Springs in Royal Tunbridge Wells. You will work night shifts on a full-time rota, supporting up to 30 disabled adults in a home-like service and helping with daily living tasks, independence, and community activities.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support with daily living tasks including personal care, meals and medication.
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach.
• Identify and support each person to live life on their own terms.
• Accompany people to appointments, events and community activities.
• Keep clear, accurate records.
