Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate is seeking a Night Care Supervisor to lead a dedicated team of care assistants in our luxury care and nursing home. You will inspire the team, organise duties, and ensure high standards of resident care during night shifts.

In this role you will monitor care plans, support staff through supervisions and appraisals, handle emergencies, and maintain a calm, compassionate atmosphere. Experience in care and NVQ 3 are required; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care required.
• Experience in care settings.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.
