Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a confident, compassionate Support Worker to join The Beeches residential home in Retford. You will work full time on night shifts, averaging 43 hours per week, with a 4 nights on/4 nights off pattern and hours from 7:30pm to 8:00am.

You will support residents with learning disabilities, autism and related challenging behaviour, delivering person-centered care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all service users, patients & residents.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
• Safeguard. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.
• Empower & support service user independence.
