Job summary

Westerton Care Home, part of Willinbrook Healthcare, is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care. Full training and ongoing development are provided, with a friendly, team-focused environment designed to respect residents’ dignity and independence.

You will work under supervision to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, following care plans and recognizing changes in residents’ condition. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate approach and good communication are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a care setting.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, including personal care, mobility and nutrition.
